orditio provides an e-commerce profitability tracking platform that allows users to:

• Calculate order costs and profitability in real-time
• Track direct and indirect business costs
• Integrate with e-commerce platforms and marketplaces
• Generate profitability reports and analytics
• Monitor monthly business performance

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service at any time without prior notice.

Account Creation:

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

Account Security:

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach
• Use strong passwords and enable two-factor authentication when available
• Do not share your account credentials with anyone

Free Trial:

• New users receive a 30-day free trial with full access to all features
• No credit card is required to start the free trial
• You can cancel anytime before the trial ends without being charged
• Free trial is limited to one per user/business

Paid Subscriptions:

• After the trial period, you must subscribe to continue using our services
• Subscription fees are charged monthly or annually based on your selected plan
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time

Billing:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date

Taxes:

orditio integrates with third-party e-commerce platforms and services:

• You are responsible for complying with third-party terms of service
• We are not responsible for third-party platform downtime or issues
• Integration availability may change based on third-party API changes
• You authorize us to access your third-party account data as needed

Uptime:

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
• We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control

Customer Support:

• Email support is available to all users
• Response times vary based on your subscription plan
• Support is provided in English during business hours (GMT)

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
• We are not responsible for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless orditio from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
